    LA Angels DONE?
My guess is that they win this game, and the game goes over....get on that now....and if they get to the playoffs they won't get past their first opponent.

I just don't see them making much noise in the playoffs with a rotation of CJ Wilson, Weaver, Haren and Hector Santiago. The loss of Skaggs hurt but he was replaceable. No one is replacing Garrett Richards, he was a top 10 pitcher this year.

Totally....this is going to seriously hurt a lot of futures bets that have been placed on LA in the last few weeks....not that I play any futures.....heard a lot of rumblings about the Angels being 'the team' though.

They seemed like "the team" to beat up until today's news. If Angels are desperate and really want to go for it, they could try to go after Cole Hamels. I'm sure Philly would be willing to part with him if the price is right....of course he would have to go through the waiver process though. Not sure if other teams would make a claim on him or not.

Even before the injury I didn't see them going to deep. Could still be wrong

But then doesn't he lose his playoff eligibility?
