Good move. Put the veteran in, and if he doesn't work out, start the rookie. Starting the rookie, and replacing him with a veteran if he failed, would hurt his progress. Maybe Manziel will be humbled for not getting everything for once.

Question mark games at home with division rivals and Houston. Even if they split with 2 out of the 3 division teams (which I doubt), you have 5 wins with Oakland, Jacksonville, and Tampa at home in November. Then they would need to win at home against Houston and @ Buffalo. The defense will be solid, but a shitty journeyman QB in Hoyer and a rookie that is going to struggle and get hurt with the way he plays. Shitty franchise with a horrible track record of developing QB's. The Browns have won 3 road games in the last 3 years.Comment -
