UCF-Penn State in Dublin

I'm currently attending UCF. Penn State +100 on the moneyline is the play.

How UCF comes back this year without our coach O'Leary, bortles, storm johnson, etc in Dublin is beyond me.

We do have 9 returning defensive starters but our offense will be led by a red shirt freshman.

I don't know much about Penn State but theres just too many negatives for this UCF team early on to be listed as a favorite in game 1 away from home. Anyone have any info on Penn State this year?

Was also going to throw UNDER 48 out there as well. UCF should struggle to move the ball, and our defense is only strong suit. Penn State seems to always play nitty gritty games but like I said I don't know too much about them this year

I think you'll be surprised...both teams have some talent and will surprise teams this season. Penn State's QB is going to be a stud...and Central Florida returns the majority of their offense minus the obvious guys. Should be a real good game.

Returns majority of their offense? The whole offense was Bortles/storm johnson/Worton. Only worton returns and we have a red shirt freshman starting at QB

Talk around here/orlando sentinel about him stepping down and giving the team to Brent Key after the game in Dublin. Haven't paid too much attention, just got back on campus this week. I guess it's just rumors, regardless this game is a shit show with UCF losing Bortles/Johnson.

UCF has a lot of good talent from the state of Florida. Talent wise they probably match up with Penn State. However you cannot overlook the value of the quarterback position and Penn State has a proven, experienced QB while UCF does not. I also think James Franklin is one of the better "motivational" coaches out there and his guys will be very fired up trying to win him his first game.
