Not true. Value can be found in preseason. Of course, you have to be prepared to do some extra homework, comparing to the regular season, but profit can be made. That is all that pros care about.

I was looking at the 1st half over 24 line. Eagles will push their insane tempo from the begining. Foles will look to bounce back from the performance last week. They do have injuries at WR, but their runningbacks are awfully difficult to stop, or cover in the passing game. Especially for Pats LB unit, who is not that great in coverage, apart from Anderson, who is missing, alongside Jerod Mayo, who is one of the leaders on defense.
New England was terrible in the opener. But they rested huge number of starters there. Eagles are struggling to produce pressure on QB, from defensive line and that is a bad news for them. If you give time to Brady, he will tear you appart.
I would like to mention another thing, which could help push this one into the over. Refs are going crazy with their flag throwing in this preseason so far. And considering that both secondaries are pretty physicall and that they already talked about not changing their game, no matter what. That could draw some penalties on defense and help offenses to move forward.

I am leaning towards over, but I don't know if I am acctually going to bet it. Line is quite high and there might not be a lot of value there.
