Crazy 'cuz you can't cancel your bet if you accidentally were on the wrong side of the line, but if you're on the right side of line they credit it.


I'm guessing a legitimate book would probably pay if the game already started.


I never seen how crazy this one line was today, but then the wager was reimbursed. I guess it happens sometimes.

Yea, I guess they get pissed, but what would happen there?
The worst that can happen is you place the wager and at the end of the game they don't pay you and if you lose the wager they just take your money, so you're losing both ways.

It did get canceled though and I got my money back. I think it's fair since it was before game time and it was an obvious mistake.

Dude, good thing I didn't take the other side hard to guarantee a profit 'cuz the bet got returned which would mean the "Dog" bet would of been still live and it's pretty damn hard to get a bet reversed when it's been placed. Would have sucked especially if you unloaded a lot.

I felt like I should have called it in, but justified it since I didn't get a bonus I was supposed to get.


The book only allows a max bet of 1k, but still adds up if a lot of people bet it.

Depends if you like the business or not, but if that's the case then probably don't do business with them in the first place. Usually they hook it up if you tell them or don't care and say thanks for telling them.
You treat them good and they'll treat you good.


I've had multiple amounts of times where I've been overcharged. I usually check the receipt real quick and know all the prices of things, but when I'm getting a lot sometimes I don't until I get home.

A couple Vons grocery stores that I've been too have overcharged me. I'm talking about many of times and I didn't take the time to go back and keep my receipt to get my 0.5 or $1, so I could easily see myself just letting it go and not even mentioning anything with them.



Recently I haven't cared so much about the little things like that. Small mistake. Oh well... Only a couple bucks. No big deal. Not enough to put my energy into. If it's a small Mom and Pop shop that I'm really close to I probably would say something. I guess it's 'cuz there's a strong friendship there and they usually cut me deals and hook it up and we're more talkative, so if there was some sort of mistake... I know the person and stuff instead of having to go to a manager and making a big scene while there's a ton of people behind me that want me to hurry up.
