Are all paid handicapping sites scams?

As a rule are they all frauds? PLEASE DON"T MENTION ANY SITES.. But are any of these guys profitable with their long write ups? Is it better to throw darts at the schedule?

They all post fake records, or at least skewed records to make them look like they are good, "Sammy Two-Toes is 13-0 when betting on the home team on Tuesdays, while the wind is blowing between 11-13mph, during the month of August"
