Tempted to take Indians +140 - How long can Carasco go?

Want to take Cleveland, but Carasco hasn't really started all season, so you know bullpen will be a factor, but +140 is talking to me (actually screaming at me) I've been off the Kuroda wagon for over a year now, yes, I know his last effort was solid, but I'm smelling a mini Yankee slide here, I think Kluber yesterday put the Yanks in a tailspin.

If it was +120 or so, probably not, I'm funny when it comes to numbers, anytime 3 can get me 4 or more, I'll try it.
Reason being, if you get 4 or more for 3, that's an extra unit.
