#9well, there have been a few years when the general media has stated that bama's defense, or maybe o line depending on what year it is, is rebuilding coming off great seasons. i think one of those years where the defense was being rebuilt was the last time they won the national championship. so who ever really knows.Originally posted by daneblazerBama fans say this is their most talented team ever, but they always say that...Comment -

#10Hell, if I went to Alabama, I sure would not brag about that. I think that the SEC West comes down to the 'Bama at LSU game. I see Auburn losing at least 3 Conference games, if not more. Florida still has to find something that resembles an offense, so I will go with South Carolina in the SEC East. Georgia is also in the hunt. This will be settled early when UGA goes to South Carolina on 9/13.Comment -

#11Bama will be the consensus until the monopoly that is Saban is not there anymore, his name alone attracts any player they want.Comment -

#12That just speaks to the tradition they have, alot of long time Notre Dame fans that never went there either as well as Florida St. and some other schools.Originally posted by BatemanPatricklHow many Alabama fans actually went at Alabama? Less than 25% IF that.Comment -

#19While the Georgia at South Carolina game is a huge game early in the SEC East, it will most certainly NOT settle the east division winner. In 2012, South Carolina hammered Georgia at home and everyone penciled them in to make it to Atlanta for the championship. They went on to lose the next two games to LSU and Florida, and Georgia won out to earn the trip to Atlanta. I could see the same thing happening again this year. South Carolina could very easily lose at Florida and at Auburn this year, while Georgia could lose to South Carolina and win out with a favorable schedule. So while this is a huge game, it definitely will not settle the east, especially in week 3.Originally posted by BigdaddyQHHell, if I went to Alabama, I sure would not brag about that.
