Astros have been raking lately. Going up against Kyle Kendrick whose era is close to 5.00. He's over 8.00 his last 5 starts. Astros almost 6 runs a game there last 5. Numbers play to a DB win.

I just think Kendrick gives up his usual 4-6 runs and then it is what it is. I would say maybe the over but the phillies can't score.
