#7Preseason okay to bet if you know the rotations of playing time

#8"Rotations of playing time"...lol.
One of the biggest keys to preseason betting in the NFL is understanding where coaches and teams need improvement. For example: if you find a team A, who had a poor running game last year playing team B with a top run defense, you'll often find team A running well during that preseason matchup as team B will focus less on their strong points and team A will be focusing to improve.
Totals and point spreads can both be exploited to a certain extent if you research the games and correctly apply the information. Few will argue that preseason is a very different animal than regular season.
Unfortunately this becomes very subjective and it is difficult to make your own preseason line to compare to the marketplace to determine if you have a bet, as you should during the regular season.
It's a game of numbers and preseason usually requires a different set of numbers used in a different ways.
Good luck, whatever your methodology.

#9Capping exhibition games and saying you do well in them is admitting you are taking shots in the dark. Neither side has an advantage when there is no point in the end result. Law of averages my friends.. if you are up stay out.Comment -

#10Indeed, once the motivation to win is compromised most bettors can see no other motivations...even if they exist. A dark room to you wookie may be well lit up to someone else. In preseason a little bit of candle light goes a long way, especially when competing against bettors who only see dark.Originally posted by killawookieCapping exhibition games and saying you do well in them is admitting you are taking shots in the dark.
