Are there any books that top that? I'm seeing it at Bookmaker.

They're in last place in their division, but they're only 7.5 games out. I don't see a dominant team in that division that's going to run away with it.

And Boston is only six games out of the second wild-card spot.

They've won 7 out of 8, might be starting to gel.

I think I'll take a flyer on them.

        50/1 on the Yankees, Bear?

I'm not seeing that anywhere. Only around 25/1 at most places.

RedSox are 60/1 at 5dimes to win World Series and 35/1 to win AL pennant.

espn has them 8.3% chance to make the playoffs

then they have to win 3 straight playoff series to win it all

so about a 1% chance of winning it all

I doubt it.. just look at the AL East alone.. Balt.. very solid chance. should get even hotter.. Yanks. great staff of pitchers as mentioned above too.. and well I guess either Tampa Bay or Toronto.. I'll take my chances over Tampa bay coming up before Toronto though.. Toronto has had nothing but injuries this year.. so to answer your question again.. no.. highly doubted.. but then again.. they do play for a reason.. With just two other teams really competing in that division.. anything could miraculously happen..
