Matchbook changed the entire landscape when it came to baseball.

I've really had no desire to bet on it since it left the states.

Maybe not entirely true but there are indeed signs that things are different. Matchbook are a real competitor to them even though pinny won't admit it.

According to Matchbook owner they also have "vip" clients who bet over the phone 6-7 digits at an agreed price by both parties. Then matchbook unwinds the position in the market. Their received volume is big and pinnacle have reasons to envy them.
