                  Can't win 10-7 games come playoff time. Need a bullpen which was always their Achilles' heel. Now they have one of the best closers in the league. If they expect to compete with the A's, they need to win the tight games.

                          dont know about contenders...

                          going from NL west with all their huge ballparks and impotent lineups to AL west is not the smoothest transaction... they just picked up the best of whats available among late relievers and there isnt much at all...

                                      The angels only weakness is Josh Hamilton he's an automatic out

                                                      A's are like the sharks they choke in the playoffs, i wouldn't be scared of them, it's either going to be Anaheim or Detroit coming out of the AL

                                                          I thought they gave up quite a bit for Street.

                                                          I would've rather seen them get a starter. Weaver and Richards are really the only two guys I trust in the rotation.
