#3Curiously, how do you justify risking 48% more on Oakland than Toronto, Kansas City, or Cincinnati? Must be one hell of an edge.
Jiggling your bet size will very likely cost you money in the long run. Keep your risk flat JJ, and let the bookie's risk vary.
Good Luck tonight, sir.Comment -

#5Here's a bit of a repost meant for those who bet multiple units, while you aren't making "big bets" worth 2, 3 or 5 times you normal bet, the same applies here:
...money management is key. If you keep betting different unit sizes, win or lose, in the long run, only the big bets will count.
Keep your bet size consistent, jiggling your bet size will very, very likely cost you money in the long run.
If you want a better return on your investment, keep those bets flat. This is a game of risk, unless you know exactly what your edge is for sure 100% (and nobody really does), keep your risk the same and, at least concerning odds, let the bookies risk jump around.
A wise old gambler once said, “A gambler always loses his biggest bet.”
A school of thought that hates to see good handicappers notch just one loss on the YTD yet wipeout some hard earned winnings...
Your consistent, for all to see spreadsheet is commendable. That said, you want to be a pro JJ, start behaving like one.

#12I hate when I get crushed on a Friday or Saturday night.
It's one of the most empty feelings in the world when you're sitting on the couch in the dark, staring at the wall and thinking about how much you suck at life after taking a beating while everyone else is partying and getting laid or having fun with friends/family.

#14I don't think JJ bets real money on his spreadsheet plays.
I have a feeling he changes his mind as gametime approaches and pushes bigger real money bets right before 1st pitch. But those bets are hard to post on SBR, as intensity is peaking right before games start.Comment -
