This is really annoying, I am not betting anymore not with this site and not with any other site, but I just want to get my money already! I've complained to RajahBet who promised again and again to process the withdrawal quickly.
I even complained to the Malta LGA who sent 4 days ago the following email:
We have just been informed by the representative of Plus 5 Gaming Ltd. (rajahbet.com) that there appears to have been some technical problems when processing your withdrawal however these have now been addressed and you are to expect your withdrawal to be processed shortly. Please let us know in case of any further delay.
We trust that this concludes the matter.

And this email from 2 days ago from RajahBet:
I inform you that your payment is still processing. Your withdrawal is for us urgent. The payment department is informed about your issue and you will be paid as soon as possible.
Why can't they just process the withdrawal and end with this?!

Should I email the LGA again to inform them that "yes, there are further delays"?!

So I sent another email to the LGA complaining about the matter, and within minutes I receives this email:
Kindly be informed that I have contacted the Operator immediately about this matter. I trust that it will be given immediate attention.

And within minutes later I received the withdrawal at last.
Seems like the LGA was so helpful and I'm very grateful for them for helping clients like this!
And I am also grateful for this forum for allowing me to share my experience.
If I used the word "scam" I apologise - whilst it's not a scam, the way things worked for me was very bad and I had bad experience chasing for the withdrawal from the 3rd of July for so long. So if you want to play there just bear in mind I had some bad experience, and hopefully the owners of this website would learn to improve their service.
