JJ if you want hard abs of course diet but also I have been doing isometric exercises and using one of those ab wheels you see old guys using, got it with an SBR Wal Mart gift card, and it works!!!
As far as the isometric exercises, lie face down on the floor and then raise up to where you are only on your forearms(or straighten ur arms like the end of a pushup) and toes. Stay in a straight line with your body and hold it for whatever you can do with a watch in front of you, like 30 seconds or a minute starting out.
With dieting and these exercises I am actually starting to see the six pack again that I had in college and can feel muscle definition like I've never hadComment -
