    Paul Pierce to the Wizards??
    Anyone see that coming??

    David Aldridge ‏@daldridgetnt 3m

Sources confirm ESPN report: Paul Pierce to the Wizards for two years, $10M. Pierce wanted to play with Wall and Beal. Solid salvage 4 Wiz.

Wanted to play with Wall and Beal. And not much risk by today's standards, 2 years $10 million with an opt out after first year.

Nets got nothing for him when they could have shipped him to the Clips.

Likely signals the end of KG in Brooklyn. Would be shocked if he came back to that mess. Celtics pulled off one of the biggest heists in nba history.

He's taking his last bit of money from a team nobody expects nothing from. Basically it's like retiring and taking a part time job

He is another washed up player

No idea why teams waste their money on these guys

Jason Kidd might be an a-hole but it appears he's was dead on about Billy King.

like the signing for the wizards. young team team with a ton of talent that needed playoff experience. Wizards will eventually be contenders in the East.

                        Should have kept Ariza.

Wiz offered him the same contract as the Rockets, he chose Houston over Washington. Not like they didn't try

Ariza was better. I think he had some career highs with this team too. Saw a couple 35-40 point games he had last season

Should have offered him more. Bottom line is he gets more money in Houston with the same contract than he does in DC.

Durant is coming in 2016. This was dirt cheap and made perfect sense
