Stern knew LeBron wasn't going to win in Cleveland with the state of the franchise. They had no pull for free agents, and with LeBron they wouldn't finish low enough to get lottery picks.

LeBron to Miami and the Super Friends was scripted all along. They used Miami because they have no real fanbase, and used LeBron/Bosh to prop up that dumpster fire of a franchise and get a bunch of bandwagon fans over there. It was also ratings gold because of how polarizing the Heat were. It allowed LeBron to get his rings as well.

This also allowed Cleveland to dump off its talent, and such enough to get lottery picks. Then he engineers 3 #1 draft picks for the Cavs, and scripts LeBron going back to them at the right time. Cleveland now stocked with young talent, Cleveland rejuvinated and now LeBron can win that title for the city.

Great job Stern, its scripting like this I will miss the most. WWE couldn't hold a candle.

that's why i prefer old NBA... sure, league has more abundance of very athletic players... but they are dumb as fuk and a good 90's team playing with the 90's rules would force them into bad shots and turnovers... and would be able to run actual offensive systems and abuse the moronic players of today who make mistake after mistake on team defense

the bulls would run their triangle offense to perfection and clown on teams of today and slow down them warriors even more than houston was able to, keep them out of pace and rhythm and irritate them until they broke for good
