Your argument is credible but I still don't think it would be easy. I've had buddies of mine say things to me like "I don't gamble on (insert sport here) because it's fixed." I usually reply with "I wish it was fixed. If it was all I'd have to do is figure out how it was fixed." This is the hard part. Let's assume all sporting events are fixed. How would you figure out in which way it was fixed? Most people would agree that Professional Wrestling is fixed. Yet some sportsbooks still have Lines on them.
