#3Not really bad thing
Fisher Caesars Group has low tolerance for winners and cuts. Limits rather quick
Buddy I know was literally escorted out after a few 4k wins
Willy Hill a little more tolerant

#4It's a very good out, I've put literally hundreds of thousands through their windows this year alone, and winning, never a problem.Originally posted by jjgoldNot really bad thing

???
I spend quite a bit of time at The Rio and Caesers, in fact, those two properties receive over 95% of my Caesers/Harrahs action.
It will not be a good day if and when WH ceases all their operations.Comment -

For example, WH didn't do anything for UFC except the ML side. I have seen Caesar's put all kinds of props for fights like over 4 1/2s, decision unanimous etc ... scorecard .. and they will take a lot on those o/u and scorecards.
In general, the less competition, the less incentive to be creative and the more incentive to be stale.Comment -

#18Cantor has been rumored to take over Caesars books for a while too. In fact, a deal was in place before Cantor ran into issues with the Pinnacle bust couple of years back. Not surprised that WH may be taking them over. For sure, Caesars is wanting to give up their sportsbooks.Comment -

#20Harrah's is the worst out in the state of Nevada period. 15 cent lines in baseball and 30 cent lines in Hockey. Harrahs is the last out I look at on my list. Football and basketball are pretty much the same line everywhere with a few exceptions and thats if you are quick about it. I get reduced juice at Atlantis, and killer comps at the Peppermill, so I avoid downtown (MGM or Harrahs) unless they have a better line which is sometimes at MGM and almost never at Harrahs.
Losing an out still sucks, but if I had to pick one this would be it. Best case scenario for me would be CG tech taking them over, that's one out along with LVH that'd I'd like to have here in Reno. Having Atlantis and Peppermill is a huge plus though that vegas doesn't have, they are my go to books.Comment
