Where exactly are you staying?

I lived there for years. If I were to moved back I would look for something near GoldCoast/Rio. Tons of apartments there. Stay away from Paradise Twain/Swenson area. Good Luck. You need a big bankroll. Scared money never wins. Good luck, Sir. Check in with FishHead at Eog. I've know him for thirty plus years. He will give you some good pointers.
