You gotta get ur head wet with hot water first. Shave up, like start at thr bottom andshave upwards like toward the sky. Its kinda tough to go against the grain so you gotta go slow. Also gotta use Gilette Fusion top of the line blades like that. Even schick dont work as well as the proglide.
