    These goofball mets could not screw up an inning more
    they get gifted a runner on second on a routine ground ball that should have been protected by the "neighborhood rule". it is a rule where if the play made at second was routine, then even though the man catching the ball is slightly off base before he catches it, the runner is still considered out. then dummy manager decides to hit instead of bunt, and duda pops a fly to short outfield that was dropped, but dummy runner decides to run back before ball was for sure caught and gets thrown out at third. unreal mets

          Terry Collins has been a lame duck since the upper management said they expect to win 90+ games. Will definitely have a new manager next season.
