In Texas, "tone it down" must mean "turn it up." How else can you explain Johnny Manziel's ability to constantly end up on widely-distributed social media posts from Sin City?
Manziel, apparently, was back in Las Vegas over the July 4th holiday weekend, hanging out with Playboy's Dallas Nicole.
We have pretty reasonable proof of his trip, starting with someone with a last name Kaepernick (!) spotting him on a plane headed that way.
And according to Norm Clarke, the eye-patch wearing gossip columnist of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Manziel "partied at XS nightclub."
"Spies said he stayed in the Real World Suite at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with friends, partied at XS nightclub at Encore and dined at STK, the steakhouse at The Cosmopolitan," Clark writes.
While Manziel's off-field activities are a much bigger concern than they should be because it's the offseason and we need things to worry about from an NFL perspective, it's possible his reported/alleged/apparent behavior in Vegas could at least give the Browns pause once they fire up the social media machine on Monday morning.
