With that video of Mousasi he was not being offensive either, just blocking and slowly going through the motions of the beginning of a counter attack to her moves. He could have thrown her across the cage at will

He fights at under 200 lbs. I am 240, and not in shape or cut as I used to be, but even if she slips under ur strikes as long as you keep a hand or forearm separation on her hips there is no way she can throw you. All of those throws depend on her getting hips in and under you. Mousasi didn't throw one strike

As she is coming in whether she blocks it or not a side or roundhouse kick from a 240 lb man will end her night. How is she going to throw you if you break her forearm trying to block a kick? Not to mention I have sparred plenty and have made more than a few guys puke with liver kicks, choked them out, or arm barred them.

I'm not bragging here nor do I think I'm a badass. I've had my share of bell ringings and pride swallowing tap outs. Just combining my weight, ability to kick and punch, and basic experience with self defense and grappling it would usually just be too much for her to overcome.
