Just seems likely that she went on some sort of drug binge for a few days. Her coach boyfriend said he had not even spoken to her in 2 days.

She lost to Alize Cornet and probably instead of coming to the realization she is on the decline went on a 2 day heroin or some drug binge. I have seen people high on heroin and they act like she did out there. Uncoordinated, dazed, and very emotional.

She missed practice without warning. Then the fact that she even stepped on the court and attempted to play in that condition suggests a serious mental compromise inexplicable by a "virus". Maybe some virus could make you lose balance or uncoordinated but not so mentally cloudy to think you should go out there and play.

The emotional breakdown is not something all that out of character for her, but along with other evidence seems to fit with the drug explanation.

There is a chance though that she could have taken something for an illness that had strange side effects.

Another theory I'm starting to lean towards is a waterboy switching in spiked water to the big favorites (Nadal,Murray,Sharapova,Williams,Li...wh o's next?)

Shit, I mean it could be a Heroin withdrawal. Gives you no energy but she was still embellishing it, if so. It makes you want to lay in your bed and do nothing, no temperature is comfortable and you can't do things physically like you should. Difficult to concentrate and do any movement.
