Injury time (the few minutes at the end of 90 minutes to account for stoppages in play like substitutions and injuries) counts. Extra time (the 30 minutes they play after a draw in knockout games) doesn't.

Standard rule across the board. You don't read the rules and then get upset when you lose that's on you.
