I'm no ticket reading expert but something doesn't add up with the story. Unless those 21JUN 12:03 and 21JUN 12:02 on the bottom of the tickets mean something else. Story says 100k bet was placed after, these tickets appear to be in the other order and generated back to back.

But handicaps have lower juice which will even out that advantage, if any, over time. Even more so in soccer where you can get 2 cent lines on the handicap.
