A couple guys might have been born when their parents were staying at U.S. embassies or military bases overseas. Also, some may have a parent who is foreign and a parent who is American serviceman of sorts. Shit happens all the time.

I used to know a few people who were technically born in UAE and Saudi Arabia while their parent(s) were working over there for whatever reason, but they have American citizenship and have spent about 98 percent of their life in the U.S.
