Genetic defect he has since birth. Even his bones of the right arm are a third thicker than the left arm. Seems to be a good armwrestler. Never heard of him before though. I don't think many in Germany have heard of him at all.

Ok, I thought he just worked the Hell out of his main arm. I didn't see anything in the article about a birth defect.

Found a few German articles about him. Seems to work for Eurosport as an expert as well over here.
