Yeah I'm mystified as to why Spo refuses to give Haslem/Battier any clock. Shard is a massive defensive liability... all he offers is spot up shooting.

It's simply ridiculous. They get demolished with Bosh and Lewis in the game. No rebounding or defense. Just unreal Spoelstra hasn't switched it up.

While I would love for him to come back to Cleveland and the team has some nice young pieces. I still don't know what to expect from Dan Gilbert. Gilbert wants to win at any cost, not afraid of spending money over the salary cap but his hiring of GM's have sucked. His hiring, firing and rehiring of head coaches are worst. If he can get out of his own dam way the Cavs could be on the rise. I like his passion but damn (comic sans, really)
