Young team on the rise with a wildcard spot right now but he should go to the Yankees or Dodgers. Not happening anyway since he will be in Seattle for the rest of his career most likely but the logic is funny.

Yeah I guess he should have went to the Yankees or Dodgers and joined the highest payroll teams with over payed bums who stay injured. Instead of a team building something with younger players and some FA additions. Baseball fluctuates pretty regularly unless you're the Cardinals. BoSox and Detroit stay up there as well but he wasn't going to any of those teams so I think staying with Seattle isn't some tragedy.

I watched this game, I had the Mariners, and was a bit surprised they took him out after 7.
Only 99 pitches that's napkins for him.
Interested to see the reasoning for it when he was on such a tear.
He didn't look mad or injured when they yanked him.
Game like that, you let the guy go the distance or at least till he gives a run up.
I'll take the win either way.

end of a road trip, meaningless game vs the rays. pen is pitching well, so I don't think they'd stretch felix. especially when his next start is against the rangers. those would be the reasons they pulled him.
