None of these horses has ever raced at a mile and a half; none of them probably ever will again. It is one TOUGH distance. I'm hoping CC doesn't win; I don't think he's a great horse at all.

There are a few horse's laying in the weeds waiting for Chrome to hit the lead...and I think when he tries to hit the lead and run away from the field like he's done in the last two races the closer's who are bred for the longer distance's are going to run him down at the wire and get him. The mile and a half is something I just don't think CC is going to be ready for...and the three races and the travel etc. is going to catch up to him. There's a reason there's not been a Triple Crown winner in 30+ years

for the record zenyatta's achievement and racing style were much better then triple crown..she won like 20 races and her breeders cup huge rally to win from dead last was superb..
