Are we supposed to just inherently understand all the fine print, because I can't find any of it in there... and I have like a ton of questions about it.

Whoever feels like covering every angle of it in this thread for me can have my day's points. Thanks.

    It's pretty self-explanatory, isn't it?

    What part aren't you understanding?

I understand essentially nothing about it except that I make a pick every day and I try to keep winning.

That is not a lot of understanding in my estimation.

Let's begin with the entirety of their information on it:

      Streak Contest

Pick a daily winner and build your streak to $25,000. Prizes will be awarded for 5, 9, 13, 17, and 21 consecutive picks. Plus a $1000 free play monthly prize to the contestant with the most wins. Free to enter.

      1) What the fukk does build your streak to $25,000 mean when I am not wagering a figure?! All I did was put a checkmark in a selection and "make my pick." So what the fukk does that mean?

      2) They say prizes are awarded for 5, 9, 13, 17, and 21 consecutive picks. What fukking prizes?

      3) Is it a "one-time" thing, and if not, how often can I "start again"? Can you start again weekly, monthly? How long does this contest run?

      4) What types of sports are included and what types of picks will there be? Today when I went to it, there was only baseball, and then when I looked again later, there was only one over/under left, even though there should have been other options still. So how are they determining what games and bet options are in there? Can every option only be picked so many times by players or it comes off the board?

So again, like I said, I don't think they've given us any information at all. As much as it's fun to have free contests, I get more annoyed by something that isn't immediately clear to me and would just as soon not have them offer anything.

It's kind of like when sportsbooks tell you about their great promos and bonuses and then just don't mention the 72x rollover, which makes the whole thing a complete waste of everyone's time.

Sorry, maybe I'm in a crappy mood, lol! Again, if anyone wants to give me the full rundown, 6 points. If you truly cover every question I could have had, 12 points.

Bookmaker basically took the idea that Wagerline had.

        Read this: http://contests.covers.com/sportscon...vor/rules.aspx

There are a few slight differences, but this will give you an idea of how it works.

There are tabs on the contest page labeled "prizes", "rules", and "faqs"...click and read through them.

If you still dont understand...then you probably shouldnt be gambling.

                Log into your account.

                Click on "Contests".

Click on "Place your daily pick".

After you do that, you'll see all the rules and prizes, etc.

Not to be a dick but the contest couldn't be easier to understand if you would have bothered to read the rules. Direct from their website:

                  • Each day, registered entrants may select the team who they believe will be the winner in only one of a series of games listed. Limit one selection per person per day.
                  • You may select teams from the games listed on our Today's Picks contest page only. If your selection is a winner, you will receive one point towards your streak total. If your selection is a loser, your score will be reset to zero. If the game results in a tie, your score will not change. If a game that you have made a selection in is postponed, suspended, cancelled or removed from the board for any reason, your selection will not be counted and you will be able to make a new selection for a game played on a future date.
                  • You must make a selection on a game played within 7 days of your previous selection or your score will be reset to zero.
                  • Over/Under picks for MLB are graded as a push for games that do not complete 9 innings played (or 8.5 if home team wins). Your streak will continue at the same level prior to this selection.
                  • Each eligible registrant to receive a score of 21 (21 consecutive correct selections) will receive $25,000 cash. Additional prizes will be awarded for streaks of 17 consecutive correct selections, 13 consecutive correct selections, 9 consecutive correct selections, and 5 consecutive correct selections.

Sorry, Guys, for some reason I did not see the rules and prizes tabs when I looked! Now I see them. Before I swear I looked but I guess I was blinded by the other crap on that page and somehow missed them.

                    My bad!

I just tried to give The Giant, bigtymer, and rsciero 6 points each and it would not let me give anything at all to The Giant or rsciero and would only let me give 2 points to bigtymer. So now it's SBR that's confusing me, lol! Anyway, that's annoying, but thanks and sorry I was being a numbskull.

Anyway, my one pick lost -- I had one option only and chose the wrong side, kind of funny. But at least I won my two plays in real life!
