Bottom line for me is, at least for the rest of the summer....if I ain't sitting in a suite....I ain't going.

And I ain't ever going to any sporting event that I have to sit in upper deck. I'd rather watch on my tv than sit in nose bleed.

I generally agree with you but differ on this one Opie. Had Bears season tix for a while - seats were upper deck - but being in person watching us win that NFC Championship game over Saints a few years back - wouldn't have missed that for about anything - upper deck meant nothing - were partying with 90k friends at that point. 90% of the games I would rather watch at home but there have been a few games I have been at live. Other that comes to mind is U of Florida in Gainesville in 1997. I was a soph at UF so had tix in the student section. Gators were 31.5 point dogs to #1 FSU. With 2:30 left in game Gators hit a 65 yard TD pass to take the lead - place absolutely erupted - everyone loving each other - can't say for sure but 50/50 whether i got my rooster wet in the stands - haha.

So there are some games that being in person can't be replicated regardless where your sitting.
