#10Figured he'd turn state by now.
But from his position he;s doing the logical thing. Will not be out of prison before he's 60+ either way no why not take that shot in the dark (pun intended) and go for an all in defense.....I mean he is a 'celebrity' of sorts so the right judge and lawyer....he's got the $$...might get off. Doubtful....but thats his only real posture here.Comment -

#16There is no weapon, it will be hard to pin him for the murder. Unless the fiance is able to point out where the weapon is. He will be charged with some smaller charges though, but the time he has been in jail will be subtracted from that.Comment -

#18Are you serious? Brady makes financial sacrifices so the pats can utilize cap space, so they pay out AH and he goes to prison 12 months later? You realize AH cost Brady another SB appearance right? And maybe even another SB win.Originally posted by ScorpionAaron caught too many bad passes Tommy should treat him better
Brady and BB don't owe AH shit..AH had one of the biggest privileges in being a staple on the NE patriots team and he threw in it their face 10 fold..You must be a joker based on the avatar, but still...try and be rationalComment -

#19Bro he's super rich, taking a little less isnt hurting him one bit, in my mind it should be the norm for people like that, Kobe tries to get every nickle and it seems to hurt the team, thats not cool, but its not like Brady is hurting in any fashion. Brady also gets at least 7 Mil in endorsements, he'll be ok. Not to mention a super rich wife.Originally posted by BeanTownClown88Are you serious? But I highly doubt the celeb status and money is going to matter in this case
He is so freaking overwhelmed with damning evidence against him .
From cell phone data, to satellite pinpointing his timeline, and they even found his DNA on the cigarette
left by Odin Lloyd's body . Really there is a ton more evidence they are keeping closed mouth about
that will be coming out in court shortly. Then you have this case he just pleaded not guilty to .
Apparently they have a lot of weight against Hernandez as well in this double homicide
the dude is seriously fukked. Could still be bangin his girlfriend in her thick ass leaving some DNA in there
but he wants to play tough guy and leave DNA on a cigarette next to a body he murdered instead

i mean if he goes to trial and beats it then he is a free man and should be allowed to play.

#34@ JToler, I know Brady is well off, but he has a right to at-least expect the team to help him out wit the money he's not commanding. Hernandez would have helped big time but decided to live like a criminal even with all that money so yea Brady should be irked by AH situation.
No way AH makes it back to the Pats, the last thing they need is some PCP clown stabbing Edelman or Gronk during a night out.
Plus he lost mad weight and would need a lot of time to shake off the rust. I don't think any teams would want a guy who is reported to leave games/practice and chain smoke blunts all the way home. He's a suspension waiting to happen..his sports career is over in the USA.Comment
