What most people don't realize is that the reason he shoots so many three's and jumpers is because that's how the Heat want him to play. They want him out on the perimeter to draw the big covering him out of the paint. If the defender plays off him like tonight, then he's a good enough shooter to take the open shot, if the defender comes out to play him, then that opens up the lane for Wade or Lebron to penetrate. Miami likes to space the court and create gaps in the defense and by Bosh playing mostly on the perimeter that's what they want.

Thanks Homie. I live in South Fla and follow the Heat pretty closely. Chris Bosh gets criticized a lot, people see he's a seven footer and automatically think he should be in the post and stay in the paint all game, but Bosh isn't a power player, he's more of a finesse player, I compare him to Pau Gasol, their games are similar. Also, some of the criticism of Bosh is deserved, he doesn't rebound as well as you'd like from a big, but he's changed his game from when he was in Toronto, he's playing the way Miami wants him to. I've heard him in interviews saying how hard it was to adjust to his new role, but the Heat know how important he is as do the people who really understand the game.

In case you forgot, it was Bosh who grabbed the offensive rebound and made the pass to Ray Allen for the tying three in last year's finals. No Bosh rebound, no Allen three, no championship. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe he sucked when it mattered in that spot.

LOL nonsense....Everybody hates Chris...but are quick to forget that this man is a 4 that has manged to still average 19 and 9 playing the 5...as a third option. He did not have a jump shot in Toronto..nor did he have 3 point range...all this was developed within the last 3 years and it resulted in 2 rings and quite likely a 3rd if Riley gets his way....8 yrs into a stellar career, he was asked to become a role player....at 26 yrs of age....Christ..Iverson refused to do it at 32...Bosh is far from useless...you nitwit...

I had Heat over 50 points first half and he forced a three pointer with 30 seconds left in the half to keep them at 49

He is effective in his own way

When he played for Toronto he was very very good without James

So youd think the Pacers would play him tight out there? It's not like he is going to put the ball on the floor.
