Underdogs are 1 for 16 so far and you pick out the one and hold it up like a special booger you just dug out

you're not listening are you? you are cherrypicking the huge underdogs that occur in the first round. how about the dogs in the 3rd round, 4th round, quarters, semis, finals?

your statements and observations can apply to any sport where you are talking about -1300 or higher favorites.

name all of the underdogs who lost. they are all nobodies. i just looked at the list again.

so one winning underdog through 30 matches isnt worth noting? you might want to edit your post and change thread to ''my post''

If you just bet the women's top 8 in the 1st round, you'd have a 39/40 chance of winning 97.5%. The only top 8 seed on the women's side to lose in the last 4 yrs was Serena Williams (at #5).
good job good effort, this is why past results mean nothing...

Yes i am listening. I am counting all underdogs, including all the +110 and + 160s, etc.

Today there were a few upsets but taking all the favorites and just using Pinnacle line you would still be up about 2 units, 14 total for the first round

                              Seedings mean plenty.
If you can find something that pays 10 to 7.5 and have a 97.5% chance of winning - thats a great bet. 2.5% of the time you lose. it happens. Doesnt mean you ignore past data because an outlier in the present happens.

I think a better way to go at it would be betting the parlay and round robins of 4s,5s,and 6s, something like that.

Posters keep saying it's early rounds, big underdogs, etc.

According to sbrodds page just using Pinnacle, if you bet all the men's favorites to win 1 unit in the 2013 French Open, you would have ended up +47.5 units

Through the 1st round of 2014 French Open with the same strategy you would be +14 units

I'm not saying expose yourself by laying 2500 to win 100

I think a bunch of parlays and round robins are a good strategy though

                                              Tips appreciated

Coach u disagree even the top players oby give Max effort in slams. They might give almost their best effort in smaller tourneys but in slams they'll run down balls they won't do in smaller tourneys
