So, to preface this I know it's a shitty book but I figure anyways I can post the see if anything can happen. (I'm sure nothing can be done but penetrate it) so they gave me a free play $50 in January. It has a 20x rollover. Been playing ever since, I hit the 1k mark (about 250 in my account) so I call for a payout. Thy say I have 105 left to rollover. Ok play some more hit the 105 mark now up to 285 in account. Call again nope now there is $3 left to rollover. Ok make some more bets now I'm at 307 call for a pay out. Sure they say we can do that I want ** there's a $49 fee so I can take out $200 max. I say let's do it then manager comes on and say they only way we will give you a payout is if you deposit $250 and roll that over 10x then I can take a $250 payout. I understand they assume you will always lose, but I took the free pay they randomly give me, meet the rollover requirements but now I have to give them the amount that I want to take out, before I can get a payout? Pretty penetrating dumb if you ask me, they took a risk, they lost, but now they say nah no dice. C'mon that's just stupid.
Can anything be done?
