He has been pitching very well lately near no-no vs. Boston, 7 shutout innings vs. Toronto before they scored 2 runs on infield singles/
Would you say he has entered the Top 10

Without question top 5. He will have a perfect game or no hitter soon (knock on wood). He has also gotten terrible run support the last year and change. He's finally getting his pitches per batter down unlike his first year or two, allowing him to go deeper into games.

Im trying to think of a pitcher I would take over him right now. Kershaw? Yeah, if he was healthy. Verlander? Maybe if we look at his body of work, but this second? NO WAY! Strasburg? Pretty close, but I think Yu his him by a hair or two.

I'd take Sonny Gray, Danny Duffy, Massario Tanaka, Adam Wainright, Zach Greinke, and Clayton Kershaw over him.
Verlander cannot be trusted in the regular season. He clearly only has pussy on his mind.

Wow, I lost a lot of respect for you making that statement. Baffling you would consider some of those guys over Yu Darvish... mindboggling

You can not take Sonny Gray over Darvish.
I would take Greinke (maybe), Kershaw, and Wainwright over Darvish, and I'm on the fence with Greinke.
Kershaw is still the best pitcher on the planet.
Wainwright is second.

The only American Leaguer I would consider on par with Darvish because of longevity is Felix. I agree that Kershaw and Wainwright are probably better in NL, but that is still Top 4 in the majors.

yeah, I would take Felix over Yu, but its close, I forgot about him. And Kershaw (minus the injury) for sure, other than that I dont think you can argue for anyone. Not Wainwright at all imo.

Atlanta has the best starting pitchers. You need more than one to win the pennant because he can't pitch everyday.

Atlanta cannot hit Paver..Heward is a minor league player
When Atl realizes that and waives him they will start to win
