I took Pacers +1200 to win the East when they were down 3-2 to Atlanta, and hedged it with Miami -375. Doubt I bet anything else on this series

at -350 I don't think books agree they are losing game 1 though.

Wow - seems like books going to get worked on Heat series here. Almost every poster here says there is no way Heat lose. Can't imagine how many life savings are being bet on that. Unless books are hoping people don't want to wrap up money for that long at those odds.

Me - I bet literally two NBA games all year and those were last night - so I know nothing about nothing here with NBA but when everyone says one thing is a lock to happen, I tend to do alright betting the other thing. So I will hit pacers series line today I think and see what happens.

I'm also taking Heat series against the Pacers.
It's better to take the Heat now against a lesser team, than to take the Heat series against Spurs or Thunder.

Risk is you would never get better price than this if they win Game 2. I think it is better to take it now for more flexibility (i.e., win ANY game in Indiana be it Game 2, 5 or 7) than hope to go down 0-2.

I don't disagree. I just think I'll take a risk and try to take them at maybe even odds. Would save me a lot of juice in case something weird happened.
