Carolina Panthers Over or Under 7 Wins

They lost starting Left Tackle Jordan Gross who was overrated but they did nothing to replace him.

They lost starting safety Quentin Mickell or however you spell it.

They all 3 Top receivers Ted Ginn Jr, Steve Smith, and Brandon Lafell.

Replaced those 3 with a fat and slow Kelvin Benamin who also has butter fingers...
They could have had Marquise Lee but no they decide to draft a guy who only averaged 4 catches a game for FSU.


Picked up Avant who has never had a respectable season. Picked up Jerrico Cotchery who had a career year last year... was it a fluke?


So Pretty much Cam has nobody to protect him and nobody to throw to.
And he just had surgery so he will not get a chance to build chemistry with his completely new WR's in the offseason...

On the bright side Carolina's passing game was 29th last season and cannot get much worse from a statistical stand point.

And the Panthers do have a strong defense....

But the Saints, Buccaneers, and Falcons all got better in the offseason while the Panthers did everything they possibly could to make sure 2014 is unsuccessful.


How many wins do you see for the Panthers in 2014?

Based on the off season i'm thinking best case scenrario 10-6

Sean king from NBC was talking about this... he said he thinks the Panthers GM did his best to make sure Cam won't have success the next 2 years and that way he will be cheaper when they go to re-sign him.

Panthers should've done everything in their power to put talent around Cam but they did the opposite.

The Panthers easily have the fewest offensive weapons of any team in the NFC.

7-9. Number is right in. Plenty of film on Kuechly now and teams are going to score more against them this year. Plus I think the Buccanneers are gonna surprise people we all know about the Saints and ATL stays healthy at rexiever will be dramatically improved from last season.
