I want opinions on the Nets/Heat game 4
I want to jump on the Nets in this game, but what is the play here? Nets are +2.5 (+125 ML)... o/u at 187.5 I think for the Nets to win they are going to have to score points. And they've shown they can do that throughout the season. However, if Miami turns up the defensive pressure, and the refs aren't calling a tight game, New Jersey will have trouble scoring enough to win, and may not even cover with the 2.5 points. Otherwise, I feel the Nets have a good shot here to at least play a close game maybe win outright. But is +2.5 enough? Wouldn't +4.5 feel a lot better at (-150). Will Nets score 95 in this game? Will they score 100? Do you think Miami turns up the defense like we know they can, and what they like to do on the road in big games. I'm leaning towards taking Nets +4.5 (-150) and over the 187.5 (-110) and parlaying it with Spurs -4 (-110).

    Nets +4.5 (-150)
    over 187.5 (-110)
    Spurs -4 (-110)

    $100 pays $500

or do I take Nets +2.5 instead and make $100 to win $600

Heat have to turn it up tonight, no way they want it to be 2-2 going home as anything can happen.

Heast was embarassed last time around. I expect heat to cover and Spurs tocover simply because Blazers will try first half and when they are down 8 at the half, just fold and say, "yeh, we did our best, but the Spurs are too good".

Look for LeBron to be much more active

There is no way the heat are winning any NBA title this year

@wikki I agree with your Portland analysis 100%, blazers will give up after the first hf, and spurs will run away with it...

If DeRon Williams plays well tonight the nets can win again

Then the pressure really will mount on the Heat

THey really have not looked great

Yep I totally agree with you. Just look at the productivity of the Spurs bench. Our bench can kick most first teams asses in the NBA. Spurs will cover tonight and I agree with your scenario! Spurs want the week of rest!

You could play these straight and as a parlay: Spurs ML, Heat ML, Miami over 188 and Spurs under 210. What do you guys think?

It might be a good idea to do 2 parlays of 50 1 with Brooklyn ML and 1 with +4.5

I like all the picks except the under in the spurs game. I'm not switching from the over in those games until I see the spurs offense slow down. GL.

I am tempted to lean over also now on Spurs. They have been hitting shots at a very, very high percentage in every game in this series.

I actually like this alot, however, I hate taking a favorite ML when, imo, the game is 50/50 or close to it. I think the value is on the Nets + the points. Love your other picks... I think Spurs win, I like the under, and I like the over in the Miami game.

                                    I'm taking Heat -2, Heat/Nets over 187.5, and Spurs/Blazers over 210.5

The Miami Heat is a damn good team, they always do well after a loss so tonight should be no exception. The Nets will put up a fight but ultimately I see the Heat winning with the final score somewhere around 98-93.

I also agree with FSUnole05, the Spurs offense is not gonna slow down and I expect the Blazers to knock down more 3s tonight. I'm taking the over.
