This is true. Some guy tried to sue the NFL for bad officiating calls and basically the courts said you pay to watch entertainment, whatever the results are the court is not concerned about. The refs are paid by the league to deliver the best possible outcome from an entertainment business perspective. Pro sports infact is not sports, it's sports entertainment like WWE. Sports entertainment is the correct term. With all that being said, just fade the public.
