Carr has a very strong arm. His problem is this. He could not hit the ocean from the beach if he is under pressure. Look what happened when he played a good college team in USC. Not a great team, but a good team. He was held to well under 300 yds passsing in that game and most of those occured in the 2nd half, when Fresno State trailed 35-6. He will enjoy his time riding the bench in Oakland before being cut loose.
