This is the same guy who completely walked away from a criminal matter I had at 5D about 4-5 years ago. Someone, from PA, hacked into my account (NO FUKKING CLUE HOW) and managed to "lose", rather steal $1700 from my account, and lost the funds to ANOTHER IP address in Penn as well. I had a friend who managed to find the IP add and track the transactions that took place. I confronted \*\*\*\*\*\* azz Tony on several occasions, each one he weaseled his way out of the phone call, once he hung up on me and the emails he sent back said 5D had no resp for helping players in matters such as there. Knowing this shyte is illegal in the US, I was fukked. We found the IP, found what happ & as a long time loyal customer - he actually told me "I will do nothing to help you, its your problem". That's all he did. Which might of been ok. I still think he was pissed off that I was having a real situation AFTER I had cashed out, at least 3 I think it was, payouts at the max for ** like the month before that.
