providing you use another person's information? Say you had never bet at a book using your phone, wouldn't your phone have a separate ip address. Could you possibly use your GF's information, while betting off your phone? Just curious.
I'm just wondering how books stop this. Cause then they'd be giving out tons of promotions for free to multiple accounts. I'm sure they don't care, they're loaded anyway.
