First, I never knew that Shaq was a part-owner of any NBA team. But that aside, what he did, while deplorable, wasn't really as bad as being an outright racist. Shaq used bad judgement to offend ONE disabled person, whereas Sterling is prejudice against an entire race. I do think that Shaq deserves some kind of punishment because what he did was definitely ludicrous, but to equate Shaq to Sterling is just plain stupid.
