His investment was actually closer to 7 million because the sterlings got a rebate from some type of stadium authority ( I forget which) because the facility was in poor shape. as far as getting 500+ he will get closer to a billion easy if he sells. The Milwaukee bucks, worst team in league sold for 550 million a month Ago and the team is staying in Milwaukee. A great team with young stars in LA is worth far more the a dead end team in Milwaukee
