#9Portland is only -3, because it can happen, that they will be underestimating Houston a bit, after a 2 road games won. It sounds silly, but it happens. Houston in a must win situation obv, although their confidence is pretty low at this point. With all that being said, I still think Trailblazers get the win. Much more mentally mature team and that's what gives them the edge over Rockets.Comment -

#31Like the NBA is so concerned about TV ratings in Portland and Houston? Pretty sure this series is clean or NBA would have given a game to the Rockets. They're much more concerned with selling tickets and getting ratings in California and New York which might explain last night in Oakland or game 1 of the Nets-RaptorsOriginally posted by Big Beari was almost going to tail until i saw this post.

#33I agree with you somewhat Bear. I just don't believe the NBA is fixing every game. The only way that seems logical for them is if the rumors of NBA ties to the sports betting industry are true and they really are shaving or adding points to make the largest books the best possible profit and sharing in the loot. I have a real hard time buying that one. Having their refs influence a series to maximize big market tv time and owner profits from added games seems like good business and a lot more likely.Comment -
