Because the NBA won't allow it.

I think Houston wins at least one game in Portland.

Portland is only -3, because it can happen, that they will be underestimating Houston a bit, after a 2 road games won. It sounds silly, but it happens. Houston in a must win situation obv, although their confidence is pretty low at this point. With all that being said, I still think Trailblazers get the win. Much more mentally mature team and that's what gives them the edge over Rockets.

I lean Rockets. If they are going to steal a game, it is tonight. Does Howard and Harden show up, or are they going to puss out again?

If I am up some early baseball money tonight I am going to let it ride on Portland. I will be counting on Dwight Howard coming off a good scoring night to shit the bed. Portland +2225 is not a stupid bet.

Houston has to win a game? Teams don't get swept in the playoffs? Huh, guess I'll put 50% of my roll on them tonigh and 100% on them in game 4 if they lose tonight.

I think Houston wins at least one game in Portland.

i agree with you LT. NBA is pretty sketchy and it would be bad for tv rating if Portland takes a 3-0 series lead.

Another moron thinking the nba "fixes" games. Bad tv ratings? How so? Both teams have been putting on a show in both games...

i agree with you LT. NBA is pretty sketchy and it would be bad for tv rating if Portland takes a 3-0 series lead.

Like the NBA is so concerned about TV ratings in Portland and Houston? Pretty sure this series is clean or NBA would have given a game to the Rockets. They're much more concerned with selling tickets and getting ratings in California and New York which might explain last night in Oakland or game 1 of the Nets-Raptors

I agree with you somewhat Bear. I just don't believe the NBA is fixing every game. The only way that seems logical for them is if the rumors of NBA ties to the sports betting industry are true and they really are shaving or adding points to make the largest books the best possible profit and sharing in the loot. I have a real hard time buying that one. Having their refs influence a series to maximize big market tv time and owner profits from added games seems like good business and a lot more likely.
